After assessing requirements, we propose three pricing models: project-based for complete deployment, monthly for 24/7 support, and hourly for consulting or capacity increase. Infrastructure dimensions, SLA level, and selected tools are the main factors determining the rate.

The Ultimate Cloud technical team is very flexible in technology selection. Based on your needs, we use technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring, GitLab and ArgoCD for CI/CD process, S3 architecture for file storage, Sentry for error detection, and more.

We define dedicated SLO/SLA for each service, collect metrics with Prometheus and Alertmanager, and build Grafana dashboards. Logs are centralized in Loki or ELK, and alerts will be sent to PagerDuty, Slack, or SMS.

Yes. Based on your software architecture, we build GitOps or classic pipelines, add automated tests, security scans, and phased deployment (Blue/Green or Canary) to increase release speed and reduce human error.

Container vulnerability scanning, Secrets management, defining Least-Privilege at network and service level, data encryption, and periodic penetration testing are performed. The Ultimate Cloud security team is also present 24/7 alongside the DevOps team.

Full and Incremental backups are kept according to the 3-2-1 standard with encryption in separate data centers. Additionally, DR scenarios with specified RPO/RTO, periodic testing, and recovery documents are delivered to your team.
